These Terms bind all customers accessing & purchasing from luregofishing store powered by Shopify. By browsing or checkout, you fully accept these Terms & our Privacy Policy.
1. Account & Eligibility
You confirm you reach legal adult age in your residing region. All billing, shipping & payment info you submit must be true and valid. You keep your account login confidential and bear full responsibility for all account actions; account transfer/resale is forbidden.
2. Products & Pricing
Product colors may differ from screen display due to device setting. Prices, promotions are subject to change without prior notice; checkout price prevails for your order. Listed prices exclude tax, customs & international delivery cost. We reserve rights to stop selling any item or restrict purchase quantity anytime.
3. Orders & Payment
Submitting an order is your purchase offer; we hold the right to accept or reject any order arbitrarily before payment clearance. Once order confirmed, order cancellation is not guaranteed. Purchases are only for personal use, prohibited for bulk resale & export. All charged fees follow your confirmed order price.
4. Shipping & Delivery
All delivery durations are estimated only, non-guaranteed. We take no responsibility for delays caused by courier, customs clearance or force majeure. Goods’ ownership and loss risk shift to buyers once items hand over to logistics carrier. Return & exchange follow our standalone Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All site texts, photos, logos, design, fishing product artwork belong exclusively to LUREGO FISHING. No unauthorized copy, download, commercial reproduction without our written permission. All trademarks on site are legally protected.
6. Third-Party & Shopify Notice
Our store runs on Shopify’s e-commerce system. All transactions happen directly between you and LUREGO FISHING; Shopify bears no liability for product quality, delivery or order disputes between us. External third-party links on site are out of our supervision, you access at your own risk.
7. User Restriction
Users shall not crawl site data, run robot/spider tools, spread virus, spam or conduct illegal/abusive activities on our store. We may suspend or close your account instantly for rule violation. Any feedback you submit grants us permanent free global usage right for business optimization.

Goods are sold on an "as-is" basis without implied quality warranty. Within legal limits, we shall not compensate your indirect loss, lost profit or incidental damage from improper product usage.
